I've loved cooking since I was a child, and it has always been one of my biggest passions. My love for macarons started when I was living in Zürich and it was my go-to gift to give friends. I had really wanted to do a macaron course at Le Cordon Bleu when I was living in France but never got around to it.

At the end of 2022, one of my closest friends passed away, and something like that has a way of making you reflect on your life. So I decided to pursue the things I had put to aside "for a later date."

I looked up the macaron course I had wanted to do at Le Cordon Bleu and found that they were running one at their London school a few weeks later. So I decided to book it and since then I've been non-stop!

After months of designing my logo and customising my packaging; trying out multiple different recipes and methods with varying degrees of success; and taste testing on family and friends for months; I've finally sold my first box(es) and am super excited for people to taste my macarons!
